Digital products

stxrm808 sells digital goods only (drum kits, sample packs, plugins and related downloads). Delivery is electronic, right after payment.

Before you download: right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For downloads it ends as soon as the download starts: before paying, you agree that the download is available immediately and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Until then you can withdraw at any time via Withdraw from contract and get your money back. Details: Right of withdrawal.

After the download

Once the download has started, there are no refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. Please check the system requirements on the product page before buying a plugin.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights — for example if a product is defective or does not work as described. In that case, write to us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
