By purchasing or using stxrm808 products, you agree to these terms and to the LICENSE file included in each product download. For the exact scope of your rights and any restrictions, the LICENSE file in that kit is the binding reference if these pages say something different.
Royalty-free use (overview)
Our original drum one-shots, 808s, percussion, and similar material are intended for use in your own musical works. You do not owe us royalties on your releases for using those sounds in your productions, within the limits described in the product’s LICENSE file.
Samples, loops, and other content
Some packs may also contain melodic samples, loops, or other material that can carry different rules (clearance, credits, splits, or use limits). Anything that differs from the general one-shot / drum-hit use case is spelled out in the LICENSE file shipped with that product. You are responsible for reading it and complying.
What you may not do
You may not resell, repackage, redistribute, or share the raw sound files or the pack as a product. Use is for your own music production as permitted by the LICENSE.
