Who you buy from

Luca Quasebarth (stxrm808), Legienstraße 42, 65929 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. These terms apply to every purchase at flamesbounce.com and are the license for our products. The LICENSE file in a download repeats them and may add notes for that product.

Drum kits and sample packs

You may use the sounds in your own music productions, including commercial releases. All one-shots (drums, 808s, chants, FX) and percussion loops are royalty-free: you owe us no royalties, credits or splits for using them in your productions.

Melodic samples and melodic loops (for example in folders named “Samples” or “Loops”) are not royalty-free. Before a commercial release that uses them, contact us to clear them. The product page and the LICENSE file say which parts of a kit this applies to.

You may not resell, share or redistribute the sounds as they are or as part of another sound library, kit or sample pack.

Plugins

A plugin license is for one person and runs on up to two computers at the same time. It is activated once online with your license key. While a computer is online, the plugin checks the license about once a day; offline it keeps running for up to 30 days. You can free a computer at any time in the plugin (REMOVE) or in your account. Updates we publish for a plugin you own are free.

You may not share, sell or pass on your license key, and you may not bypass the copy protection or decompile the plugin, except where the law expressly allows it.

Delivery

You get your download right after payment, on the thank-you page and by email. The link in the email works for 14 days; after that you can download your purchases again at any time in your account.

Warranty and applicable law

Statutory warranty rights apply. German law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
